It is expected that you may have questions after treatments have begun.  It is encouraged to phone if there are any questions/clarifications to your treatment plan.  However, it will be necessary and upon the discretion of the Doctors, to charge for consultations that exceed more than 5 minutes, so please keep your queries brief.  Please be encouraged to book an office appointment if your situation changes and needs to be dealt with differently; the office will consider you a priority.

Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours or a $25.00 fee will apply.  No shows and IV visits (cancelled on day of treatment) will be charged a minimum of 50% of scheduled visit.  We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Medications from the naturopathic dispensary will be suggested if it is indicated that these are most appropriate for your case (as for allergic or hypersensitive patients).  These professional products and medications may be recommended but by no means are required to be purchased.  There are no refunds on dispensary items, unless the bottle is unopened.  No refunds can be given to special orders or homeopathic medicines.

Medication refills can be arranged for pickup by calling in advance.  It is attempted to have all medicines available as needed, however it is best to phone in a few days in advance to confirm that medicines are in stock.
